MISSION:  Ecotextiles wants to change the way textiles are made by proving that it's possible to produce luxurious, sensuous fabrics in ways that are non-toxic, ethical and sustainable.


Did you know that? 
It takes about 500 gallons (2000 liters) of water to produce one kilogram of fabric, and the total quantity of chemicals varies from 10% to 100% of the weight of the cloth. So if you used O Ecotextiles throughout your house, you would theoretically prevent the equivalent of an Olympic-size swimming pool of effluent from entering our ecosystem

Sofa cushions - polyurethane foam, or latex?

Natural latex is breathable, biodegradeable,  healthier (i.e., totally nontoxic, and mold & mildew proof) and lasts longer than polyfoam – some reports say up to 20 times longer.

Our Products
We design and manufacture only the safest products possible. Yes, our products are formaldehyde free and ROHS compliant but going beyond what's required is a design commitment. Simple things: We use food coloring in all our products instead of dyes. Since our products are high performing, our customers consume less material and energy when using them.

How strong is the SIMALFA bond?
Strongest in industry. The bond has been tested at twice the strength of traditional solvent based adhesives.

Does SIMALFA contain solvents?
No. SImalfa is a 1-part water based adhesive that is solvent free.

Does SIMALFA contain ammonia or other Hazardous Air Pollutants?
No. Simalfa does not contain any ammonia or other Hazardous Air Pollutants.
